Muddy Fork employs 7 to 8 part- and full-time granola, croissant and bread bakers and delivery / farmers’ market staff. We are a small family-run business with a tight-knit staff. We value equity in our work and make every effort to treat our employees well, providing a pleasant working environment and positive culture. Because we are small, we rely on our employees to be very dependable and seek people who will represent us well to the public.
Most of our production is on Friday and Saturday in anticipation of weekly farmers’ market. We also make granola midweek.
